bio:
2011 was an amazing year for Stu and his new business development ventures.
One of the highlights included working as a producer behind the scenes of Chix6. (the new Broadway bound musical – the musical is being produced by the Nederlander Group and plans are for a Fall 2012 opening on Broadway. Stu was also a producer on “High”, a play starring Kathleen Turner that opened on Broadway in April 2011. "High" is now on a national tour. Stu recently joined IKACOLLECTIVE (a NY based full service production company) as head of New Business.
Beginning at BBDO/NY and moving through several NY ad shops and production companies he eventually settled into post-production serving as Senior Producer/Director of New Business for companies such as AR Music, Creative Ways & Editing Concepts. In 1998 Stuart created Pangea, his independent representation firm servicing multiple production companies. One of his recent clients is the Universal Studios Florida Production Group where he serves as liaison to production companies looking to shoot in Florida.
The winner of multiple awards as a musician/songwriter he plays 7 instruments. Stu was the founder of the Madison Avenue Jammers, his band that has raised thousands of dollars for various charitable organizations such as the America Cancer Society. Each October he is asked to help lead a huge event for the ACS at the Bandshell in N.Y's Central Park.
Pangea offers more than just representation, "we nurture talent, develop marketing plans and connect to agencies, clients direct and other unconventional outlets". Additionally, we produce and consult on an extensive array of media productions and offer solutions for just about any type of project including commercials, digital content for web, indies, music videos, music, animation and graphic design, print, marketing and much more. " If you have a project in mind, please give me a call and I hope to be able to offer you a solution."
BTW, Stu (creative/sales) and his brother Dan (IT/Tech) both created REELREVIEW.TV |

| Title: Beyonce | Client: Target/Paper Magazine | Director: Jonathan Jacobson | Length: 2:48 | Description: As part of the national launch of Beyonce's album "4," youth groups in NYC were invited to a Target store to meet some of her dancers. Multi-camera coverage with a verite style gives the piece a documentary feel while only using the music track for audio lends the energy of a music video. The screams of joy that erupted from the children when they see their "surprise guest" shows what a true superstar Beyonce is. This was a fun shoot indeed! |
